Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily office operations - Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette - Greet and assist visitors at the front desk - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records - Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records - Assist with budgeting and expense tracking - Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role - Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment - Knowledge of basic human resources practices and procedures - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Note:
